Dont start adjusting the track rod end mate, that will alter your tracking and wheel alignment.

get back onto Jeff at High Spec, see if he can make the bells a couple of MM wider, or just to change the offset of the discs slightly, dont forget to have the caliper brackets altered to suit.

its got to be a design issue on his behalf.

mine sat pretty close, but id say ive got about 8mm clearance from Disc to Rod end.

EDIT TO ADD.

adjusting the track rod end wouldnt make a difference anyway as its connected to the hub, adjusting the rod end will only move the hub angle, the disc will still be sitting flush to the hub and in the exact same position against the rod end!

sounds like your hub could be bent if only 1 side ids rubbing. try putting swapping the discs over that will at least eliminate the bell dimensions

Sounds like HI Spec's legendary quality control at work again, bit like the blasting grit filled calipers he did for me, yes grit was INSIDE the things where the fluid goes.

That could either be the legendary Ford tolerance issues we all have to deal with as brake suppliers (even AP suffer it) or an operator error such as putting a bracket on upside down or the bell mounted on the wrong side of the disc etc or even a case of aftermarket trackrod ends.

All too easy to blame Jeff when they have been fitted to a car previously isn't it

Is the disc sat central in the caliper (with NO pads in ) ?
