Depends on what manifold you are running. 4x4 you dont need one 2wd manifold its a good idea. Standard ones are the best but ypou need a 2wd head or get the breacket welded to a 4x4 head. The Spec R ones are good and the Bailey ones are ok. I have snapped one of these though.

no its shorter in length..
it catches on the corner of where the old damper used to sit..and i dont hav the same center housing as the t34..so i will prob have to make one from scratch

i dont have one but i have a 4wd manifold on my 2wd engine. i was told it wasnt nessessary but im sure it contributed greatly to my recent £600 bill to have my head helicoiled after the manifold bolts ripped out the head
