Seriously, my dad was involved in a car accident a couple weeks back (some old bint of 75 pulled out on him)

His car needs
1 x head light
1 X indicator
grille is cracked
and bonnet bent under slightly at the front (simple hammer up job)

that's it, they have wrote it off

The word indemnity means the defendants insurer is legally obliged to put me back into the same position i was prior to the accident. Therefore, I will kick off until my car is repaired by an approved ford bodyshop, the cost of which will be borne by them.
