Default norwich union......f****** b******s!!!!!

well i rang up them up to change my insurance from my red 1.3 popular to green 1.3 bonus, worked out the same price because its the same car near enough.

but on the insurance details it said miss!...you know these people from god knows where that they pay to pick up the phone.

so i said could i change this to mr....it will be mroe they said because of beeing a chap, they wanted 154 pounds more, which is decent as that would make it 1154 pounds fully comp!!

had a letter the other day come through, rang up today to pay the 154 difference but oh sorry your policy has been canceled!!! what you mean!!!!!

yes sorry but you have lost yours years no claims i was getting in december and have to pay 1450 pounds to get a new policy with them

a right fucking scam!!! cudnt believe what i was hearing!!

so know i have to find atleast another 1450 to get insurance!!!

Dont swear in topic please. Webteam

So your moaning about a slight cockup... despite the fact you'll actually be driving around with void insurance due to the turbo engine going in.... Why bother even insuring it?

atleast its got insurance most the time doesnt matter what the engine is as they wont know unless company comes out to you etc.

worth around 3k when done.

would be insuring it as a 1.6 turbo in december as the years no claims will help but doesnt look like it now.

contacting the manager tomorrow and see what i can sort out!!

So its got a turbo motor in it, but you're insuring it as a 1.3?

Thank fuck you don't live near me, would have rang the police myself.

Disgraceful.

On a more serious note can I ask why you are going to turbo a 1.3 bonus? Surely be the time you have bought all the running gear got it fitted and setup you could have just bought an RS Turbo?

Also if you are going to add a turbo and your current insurance is Ł1400+ on a basic car worth say Ł200-Ł300, surely it will cost at least Ł2000+ to insure it when you modify it.

Do you honestly think a fake RS Turbo is worth more than a real one? You reckon your motor will be worth Ł3000+ which is unrealistic. A real top notch RS Turbo with good mods and well cared for will struggle to be worth that much.

Think carefully as 1 year NCB does not make a lot of difference

statistically women have less claims this is because they are driving on their boy friends policy husbands policy or parents policy.
I don't mind living in a mans world as long as i can be a women in it
