I would think a good £3000 to even start to do it properly.

I'd say more than that personally, you'll need some sort of management on it as a chip won't work with it.

Why not just sell the Focus and get something older, faster and cheaper?
Instead of all these hairbrain schemes which aren't going to happen cheaply........
