its a efi rs turbo engine, with:

t3 conversion
straight through scorpion exhaust
k&n
chip (unknown)

what is it at the moment with the mods above!


also what bhp would i get from

front mounted intercooler
-31 actuator
beige injectors
ported and polished head
decent cam
cosworth fuel pump

 

Well with an unknown chip its anyones guess

Might even blow up the first time you take it round the block!

 

If you get a decent live map to go with it, 230bhp?

 

its already been run etc so it wouldnt blow up, owner before, sev at sev motorsport said he reckons its about 170/180bhp

but i aint quite sure just wanted to know what people think, and bhp gains from the mods im planning on getting in the future.

 

Was the on-boost fueling etc checked whilst it was running before? What turbo/injectors/boost did it run?

 

its a rebuilt t3, standard injectors and around 14psi i think

 

anyone? 150/160/170/180bhp?

 

what does a -31 actuator actually do?

Put beiges on it and its probably around 200.

 

got to be a real 180-190 bhp surely

 

about 165-180 at the flywheel as it is

my old rst made 165.5 bhp at the fly wheel with similiar mods

 

i want safe and reliable 200bhp

whats needed

and not mods that will break the bank!

 

slip the rolling roader a tenner to tweak the graph,get 200 bhp then

but on another note my pal Jim had a standard engined rst and it was mapped buy Ahmed and it made 206bhp on the rollers..........
