Check tyres also - often overlooked. You do not want to see a tyre go on a rolling road.

If you remember mine made 371.7bhp & 351lb/ft peaking at 25psi on Light Blues and crap chip.

I hope yours makes more than mine this time as you are running more boost and a better chip than me

Post the graph up on Monday, see if you can also get a print out of the AFR and Boost plots as well.

mine always seems abit down on power no matter what I do to it but I am hoping for a genuine 350+bhp and the same torque that would do for now

205 block? long studded? what head gasket and are they standard pistons? Also, what extent of head work has it had done? Standard cams? Just interested Matt as trying to come to a good 380 spec for an engine for someone... your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that Matt Do you know the extent of the head work - was it just a little tidy up or did they increase port sizes etc.?

Cheers,

Ben

a good stage 1 head porting has a significant increase in flow rate and offers a good power increase per pound, higher levels of porting offer less bhp per pound

chris put a restrictor in one of the pipes to make it hold more boost

The boost controller is very simple to use which suits me
