A joke scratch card what a laugh!, years ago at WAYLAND PRISON, some one bought a joke vidoe that had been done of the lottery with the "correct " winning numbers as they used the same every week.
My mate simon though he had won the big one, hated the job so told the governor where to stick his job, and walked out as his "mates" said oh shit!!
