She did the more intense one the Lighterlife. After looking into it more now though she reckons if she had known, she would have done the cambridge diet. Still, it worked so shes not bothered like!

She did it for 4 months!

Judge for yourself wether it works or not

Think she got from a 16 to a 8/10. Still has largish legs but that runs on the family lol... She did really well and is still the same now even after having our little un

Amazing results.
Did she find she was hungry all the time with it?

I got to loose some baggage and have tried other diets without much success. The thing I am worried about is a major feeling of hunger when on the diet.

Takes will power like anything else. First 2 weeks was the hardest, then you get into it. Didnt bother her after that....even when cooking for me

Suppose it depends how strong minded you are.

Great result.

Ive tried some diets but the only that worked was this.....

I lost 15lbs when I went to watch the Sydney olympics in 2000. My diet consisted of Burgers, Beer, Taco Bell, More Beer, BBQ, Stolichnaya Lemon, Lasangna, Sambuca, Gyros/Kebab. I cant remember eating any healthy food at all.

On the other hand we spent the days walking around and the nights dancing around.

I guess my mind aint strong enough to stop eating good food so I try and stay fit by walking, swimming and cycling a lot.

Nah, shes the one thats lucky mate LOL

I am, shes a good wife and mother mate

Lee, lindsay was chuby when i met her but thats why i went for her as i prefer bigger women..not fatties lmao but hate skinny ones...anyways, i/we love our curries etc and got a bit into the habit of going out drinking loads when we first met and going for curries. She slapped it on so decided to go on the diet...it really is good. A lot of people were on at her cos on the lighterlife you eat nothing and they were worried, but shes a nursing sister shes not daft, all the shakes and stuff give you ALL the vits and mins that you need to survive..... Try it but be strong and get people to help you stick to it... Good luck pal
