You can use both the front and rear hubs from a 4x4 Granada and straight swap them on a 4x4 esc cos or saph. With give you a 5x112 pcd which is they same as most Audi's and Mercs. Shame they very really have motorsport styled wheels with decent offsets

to put onto the front of a esc/sierra?
yes, it's been done about 50 times already to turn them to 5 studs and keep everything else the same, all you do is swap the bit with the studs in it from one to the other
same with the rears
job done
sort the holes in the brake sicss out and slap on a set of rims and you are done
did this years and years and years ago, way before pf was about, same with the rear shim kit, and loads of other stuff too
only problem is making sure you have rims with the same ofset etc for when you do the swap as they aren't as common as you would think as far as i'm aware

the actual hub/knuckle assembly differs from year to year so not so easy to swap over, in any case, you'd need to swap loads more as well, calipers for starters

you might still be able to buy them new from ford
you'll need a set of bearings to go with them as well and they are a bit of a fucker to get out without a puller
but you only need the actual hub face, the knuckle is not compatiable with the escos
or the sierra cos for that matter

My EsCos has no rear diff at the moment
Is there any reason why I could not bolt on a complete Scorpio 24 valve rear beam giving me the 5 stud hubs and bigger diff all in one package?
Same diff ratio?
Same mounting points?
Same track?
Same geometry?
cheers

other than the diff mount, you need to use the escos one as it's narroerwer than the scopr one
