the r/harts had to go matt because when it rained,due to the design,they held water in the inner rim and it made the wheels go out of balance [like the weights had fell off] also when you braked, the water got thrown onto the discs making the braking crap and plumes of steam coming off them!!! i wondered what the hell was happening first time it did it
