Jim try Dartford Tyres on 01322 874498, i got my toyos there.

They do deals for cash to, but you have to suggest it....i.e. "And what would that be for cash?" Worked for me, but i had just got 4 wheels refurbed and 4 new Toyos all at once!

FPMSL why do you say proxies are shit?
Is it because they are a 'budget' tyre? IMO if you buy anything else then you are wasting your money, there is NO BETTER valve for money than Proxies. they are a superb tyre, FANTASTIC grip in the dry and good when wet also..
You can spend a fortune on P Zeros and Piolt sports and get prob less grip than toyos hell even falken (worst grip from any tyre ive ever had) are more expensive than toyos.
The ONLY issue ive had with toyos is that there quite soft so they do wear out quick!

P.s i dont work for toyo!

RSR wheels +Tyres can do toyo proxies for 83 pounds. Think some ppl have had problems with them tho...

Think Jim Galbally had problems???? How did they stich you up?

Plus side is they can get them next day and wanna have them fitted so can go down to the southend meet next wednesday.

PROXES ARE NOT SHIT AT ALL -
this is what happed to 2 of the playdoh gsd3 goodyears i had on my evo 6 - and goodyear were arguing saying that they couldnt find anytihng wrong with them!!! had to pay for 2 more tyres BEFORE they would give me refund on them.

and speaking from experience, ive had over the last 5 years bought the following tyres:

bridgestone ER90 - grippy, but very soft tread.
goodyear F1 gsd2 - sidewalls perished before they tread wore down.
bridgestone S02 - MEGA tyre - not in production though, and very soft tread.
Bridgestone S03 - ok , harder wearing then s02, but not as grippy.
yokohama A032R - MEGA dry grip - supermarkt trolley in the wet and only got 3Kmiles out of them.
goodyear F1 gsd3 - as above - tread ripped of the carcas like a remaould
continental sport contact - sidewalls perished ,squeel loads and dont last long.
pirelli Pzero rosso - good grip - soft tread again though - not much mead on the shoulders to start with though.
toyo proxes T1S- good all round grip with big rim edge protectors. wearing nicely.

I've fucked some "magic" Eagle F1s in the 1.4 Escort.

Can't fault Fulda Carat Extremos on my Sierra atm, and they were cheap and wear well - for road tyres they are spot on...
