Default Fitting vinyl graphics!!!

How? Whats the best way to do it?

Wet the bodywork and lay them on until they're perfect or what?

Any tips?

wet the back of the sticker and panel, the use a credit card, squeggie (sp) or something alike to push the bubbles out from the sticker once its in place

Short stuff - I wish I could, that was the plan on wedneday, but I didnt realise the car would be still head less.


Not gonna get the car back until Friday night, and then I'm working Saturday morning til 1, then setting off for FF at 3.

hmmn sounds easy like that but if you wet them how do you pull away the top cover bit as they need to stick to pull it away? only reason im interested as im after my recovery truck to be fully stickered havent enquired anyware yet but it prob would be a lot cheaper if i fitted them myself

You only wet them to give the vinyl a bit of movement incase you make a mistake.

Line them up with the backing paper still on, and put masking tape on the top edge and one side, so that you have an easy reference point to see where they need to go, wet the panel, then fit it.

Thats how to do it if you havent had years of practice.
