Indians have to take a UK test, after a one year period, as my sis inlaw did.
Thier indian test is a joke, and is just drive around a block first turning one way then the other way stop and pull away that's it.
It also varies as there is not set standard, so doing it in a small village is best as no other traffic on the road, apart from dodging cows, as you can be put in prison for that!!
It is possible and has happened loads of times that people have accidents, whilst on test(testees fault) and still passes, as it is very hard to fail.

It's been explained a few times that the reason for concern over the St Georges Cross is due to it being taken up as a symbol of the BNP.

 

St Georges cross has been around slightly longer than BNP, so interfearing toss pots should not even mute the idea of it's use being restricted.

As far as I know you can fly what you like, it's just that some people are becoming uncomfortable with the image the St Georges Cross has taken on in the last few years. For some it's become a symbol of football hooliganism and BNP propaganda.

I'm not a fan of PC dictating myself either, but it's worth understanding why these issues exist.
