anyone know of heatproff stuff, a bit like dynamat

ie sticky on one side, and silver on other (i know dynamat is black but its the only thing i can think of )

want it to look good to as will use some on the inside of the car as well as under the bonnet

I could get you some, but not for a while as I'll be away. Mike R can get it for you though, so he's the best person to contact.

Cheers Rich, any idea of cost?

i just want some to go inside the trans tunnel around the bell housing, i know it doesnt get hot there, but it looks shit from where i had to smash the shit out of the trannt tunnel for the hydro clutch

will also want a strip for inside the car to cover the same thing lol

It actually does get quite hot there.

Rich, does the gearbox really get that hot then? spose as the exhaust runs under there too it might get a bit warm

is it ewasy to cut and shape etc?

Absolute doddle to fit mate - I think I got carried away a little bit with mine, but I did want to keep the exhaust heat out as well....
