How often are you out in the car? Do you do alot of miles or just round the town ect?
Your alternator would seem to me as if its ok but your battery weak, but i cant understand why if your alternators ok the secs and other gauge doesnt read it, im thinking if your battery was weak you would notice it on start up but when running things should be ok as your alternator seems fine
Have you had any work done recently? Had any wires out or earths off?
Earths can be a bastard and give alsorts of faults
Sorry not alot of info, hopefully enough to jog your memory

Chech your wiring and connections. If they're damaged or corroded then the power wont travel thru them properly so you'll get a low voltage reading
