I have a sony erricson w810i. Im trying to transfer some pictures to my phone. Managed to get one on my phone for just a test, but when i go to open it on the phone it comes u with " File to big to open " ?
Do i have to make the pictures on the computer less mb/kb ??
If so, how the feck do i do that??
Racking my brains now.

Im pretty sure its not the actual file size, its the picture size. Try making the picture smaller in paint or using the microsoft powertool if u have it

If your original picture is approx 1.5Mb in size do this.
Right click on the picture on your PC - then open in PAINT.
In PAINT click on image on the top menu.
Then stretch/skew - reduce both from 100 to say 30 - then save as.
It should now be about 100kb in size.

One thing you might want to check is the res for example some phones carnt read picture files over 1024 x 768 but some can so check the res on you picture first. Check to see what the maxium res your phone can handle
you want to cahnge the size MB is more than KB a 1000 Bytes is 1 KB a 1000 KB is 1 MB a 1000 MB is 1 GB (giga byte) and a 1000 GB is one TB (Tera Byte) and so on
