Mine just ATE my Tiger woods game! Was spinning up, then i heard a smash, opened the tray, and bottom of disc is now fucked and a piece missing!

i assume its dissapeared into the bottom somewhere

oh well!

 

is it still under warranty? If so contact microsoft, get them to fork out for a new game!

its not the game m8 its the xbox mine has just gone back after doing this to 2 copys of forza 2 fooking thing

 

i just tried forza, and all seemed ok..... for now!

yep mine fooked up after two weeks and destroyed my forza 2 disc

managed to get a good hotlap time on leguna b class though

 

You guys who have had games consumed by your console, have you got anything back of microsoft for that?

 

I use mine all the time and no problems yet, online gaming on box sorted now too

 

ive not tried yet. How do you go about doing it?

are you lot keeping your consoles upright/
i've not had a problem and mine is level, could these be the cause?

 

GT5 will be just as gay as the rest...graphics dont impress me,gameplay does and GT5 will be no where near as good a simulator as forza 2

but a reliable console would be nice

 

if you look through some xbox forums it makes little difference as they break wether they are lay down or upright

the problems ive read about are console's freezing,setting on fire,powerpacks melting,scratching discs and a few have blew up

microsoft have made a shite product which was rushed imo but there again i know people are having probs with the ps3 so i might just play games on a pc from now on

 

Like me, ive got a Ł150 graphics card, gets me 360/ps3 graphics oh and i could play it all day without it breaking/overheating

 

had mine for a while now, not had a problem with it
perhaps i'm lucky

only plays pgr3 and lost planet on there mind, that's enough for me to worry about without hving to fork out Ł50 for a new game every week

 

but will gt5 have a drag strip?
