What you need to do is buy one of them super soaker water pistols, fill it full of thinners, douse him in it over the fence and set fire to him in his garden.
Make sure he doesnt fall into the back of your fence otherwise it'll need re-creasoting (the fence that is)
Or throw some fresh cat shit at him off the end of a shovel
