I understand one of the best things you can do for the ST is dump the standard Charge cooler in favour of an uprated one or intercooler.

The go for a flash tuner, Dreamscience came out top in a recent PF test.

Intercooler
Remap (bluefin, dreamscience, code:red)
decat
exhaust
downpipe

that should see around 300bhp.

Give M.A.Developments a call, Mark is now working on and mapping the Focus ST's. He has just done mine, you will be amazed at the difference it makes

Best quote " now it's a mans RS turbo " sums it up a treat.

with regards to the drive shaft i was only speculating i did hear it uses the same shafts as the normal focus and if the car is lanched a few times they give up, there was an ST at the pod(?) that did his shafts
