They are an absolute cunt to get out when stuck.

Most people use mole grips or similar to clamp it and pull it out.
You cant twist it as its keyed.

I find that pressure applied by rocking it side to side while pulling it does the trick.
Having said all that, It usually comes out easier after the engine has done
a few miles when its all nice and warm.

left it running for 5 ,left it for 20 and it just popped out no probs

I use a screwdriver that fitted into the slit between the base of the valve and the housing and wiggled one way, put driver there, wiggle the other way, back and forth like this always works for me.
Carb cleaner is best, lots of it, then spray with silicone polish afterwards.
