Default zoo motorsport 3dr VS reyland motorsport 3 dr

ok just been readin this months performance ford magazine & what a car youve built brom well done mate

& on the other hand i think about porkies 3 dr & what an acheivement that is & work gone into that also well done

but when i see it i think right who would win out of

looks,

1/4 mile,

max speed,

lap times

so what do you think as i presume both are round about the same sort of power no?

anyway well done on having the 2 best 3drs in the country

pokies is 4wd

broms is 2wd

porkies has got some decent bits on his but still on alot of road stuff or road pattern stuff

Brom car has got mainly all one off stuff on his that he made himself

if you was to see the cars underneath you would see what i mean

broms car it totaly different league compaired to porkies car

dont know how they would perform but it they were both rwd it would pretty even i would say

but then it would be down to drivers

I think brom's 3door is in world of it's own proper fast cossie when it will be ready.
And i just love the suspension setup on on the zoo 3door.
I guess it will be close.

Porkies has 3.9 gearing so Brom gets top speed... All the others are Lee's ..

On the right tyres I reckon broms could have porkies up the quarter, but not on normal road tyres.

We'll all just have to wait and see though, its pointless guessing really.

Brom, you have the top speed due to the extra 1000rpm or so that you have surely?

Not a bad idea! Bromster? you game!!!!!

We could get to go around the 'beat the Dorf' thing as well

Broms car is alot more advanced and certainly more unique than mine. Don't think there is a single standard part left It doesn't look like a Sierra at all underneath!!!

Being 2WD he can get his ride height alot sexier than mine as well so it sits better than mine

However I am very confident my Sierra would firmly hand Broms car its ass at all the performance disciplines and around a track I think Martoon managed to door Brom around Donno in the Metro last time Brom was out on track

Sierra will be running late 10 sec 1/4's very soon I reckon. And with a bigger cooler the topspeed should be better now.

AND there are even viscous rumours that we may finally get the suspension and geometry set up properly I know Chassis guru but I have to think that having all 4 wheels pointing in the same direction is going help it go quicker around a track

New front diff to replace the ATB and also all new KW suspension is being developed as well.

Plus... I am a DRIVING GOD!!!

so to sum up.....

Bring it on Bromster....

hahahahahahahah

Martoon, we have a whole weekend at Gatebil to pull his leg about it and REALLY wind him up. Quality!!!

Thats if the 'Fred in a shed' Dustbin makes it all the way to Norway that is

FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT ! TWO MEN ENTER, ONE MAN LEAVES

Would make for a superb grudge match though, and make top reading, you could fill half the mag by the time you have done 2 features and tech specs, the beat the dorf and the grudge match

Saying that, neither of you have really pushed the boundrys or done anything different to the rest of the boring ford scene

Dont agree with that Marco

The only thing that would keep it vaguely interesting for me is that they are 2 different cars with different ideas.

Swap drivers half way round if your worried.

I follow and support 1 make championship motorsport (Fiesta's EVO's etc) and they are all as boring as hell, all either 2wd or all 4wd, all built similar, I have to get my kicks by saying oh look here comes a red one

Leaving the 2 cars as they are is the way foward for a good feature

hi tony

that would be a good idea swaping drivers

but with the 4wd system they dont have to drive it , it does it for them

thats why i said i would be fair if both cars had the same drivetrain either way

This certainly would make a great feature.....But they are two different cars, but that's what would make it more interesting.

Either car is very special in it's own way. Love them both equally.
