at the weekend i was on a bit of a bender with a mate so just up from his house theres a corner shop a sparr or londis fuck knows so my mate went in with me following, i didnt want nothing but a smoke so once he baught them i just left, so im standing outside smoking away when i look back in to see where he is & him & the shopkeeper are just staring at me so i look around to see what there gawping at then the pakistani shop keeper waves me back in.....i said what is it?

he says; can you put the bottle of irn bru back please & just pissed myself laughing thinking he's joking. but he said it again, so i said are you being fucking serious like?
he said last chance;
i said have you got cctv here? he said yes.
i said well you better fucking check it then....so he's on the fone to somebody then 2 mins later they appear with a video so were all watching this video & there i was proven inocent but he didnt like it so he's sayin oh you took something i can tell then i started getting propper pissed off & cos i was pissed i started causing a scene infront of all his costomers cocksucker,

but that is the worst fealing in the world being accused of something you havent done

 

I got accused of being the ugliest man on the forum.

I had to get Stu@MSD to come down to the police station to prove me innocent!

He has every right to if you are still on the premises, once you have left the premises and he wants to call you back then it becomes a whole different ball game. You 'should' have asked for a policeman/independant witness to observe the accusation and following evidence ( or lack of it ), then you have a case for wrongfull accusation

It all depends on whether you had left his premises or not before the accusation was made

 

as i say i went outside for a smoke then came back in but it was on the tape clear as day that i never took fuck all,

could you imagine if i was in his country calling him a theiving gypsey i would have been hugged by a suicide bomber...nuggit

 

You don't need to worry, you do when some dumb fuck at a newspaper gets stories mixed up with pictures and prints your picture as a PAEDOPHILE, when the picture should have gone with a fundraising event for children!!
This was printed on the front page, but six weeks later a appology of two sentences inside of back cover, and the dumb shits round here couldn't even work out that a KID would not be living here if it was true!!
