Been buging me for fuking ages trying to find this. Waste Gate on exhaust housing was siezed to fuck!!!!
Managed to free off with wd40 and some grips
and now boost to a normal limit.
But... how easy are the waste gates supposed to be when moving (assuming actuators not on), I cant move it by hand but can easily with a pair of grips.. That ok or new turbo time?

On a 2wd its piece of piss, dont even need to use more than 1 spanner, dont even need to get under the car.
Didnt think it was that hard on 4wd either, just harder to remove turbo on 4wd.
