Default HELP with brakes

Anyone know what handbrake cables you use on a mk4 rwd escort with sierra calipers etc ??

sierra ones are too long

If it has std Escort handbrake then its the Mk3/4 front yoke and as said above the RS2000 Mk5 rear end. Your better off if you mix the two

I've used chevette clutch cables in the past in conjunction with Granada / Cossy rear calipers on my rally car. Nicely adjustable as well

you only need the rear part of the cable .. the bit that goes between the calipers...

ive ordered the rs 2000 cables now will have to see whether they fit tomorrow night

i take it your using a sierra handbrake lever?

either way you need to change the half moon clip to the one suited to the handbrake depending on which car it came ff

will i fitted the rs2000 cables, had to cross them over from left to right unlike the sierra ones i took off all lined up ok but the handbrake didnt meet up so i made a extender
