3 door track car or Escort show car ????
i have been thinking of a change of car recently. I love the Escort, but i have done just 2k miles in 5 years !!!
I have been thinking of a 3dr as a rally rep track car, but to build it would mean the Escort will have to go
thought of tracking the Escort , but it would be such a shame as its soooo clean and i would never push it hard from fear of spoiling it...
besides i would like a bit of RWD fun ( 4x4 trans is so expensive !! )
thoughts anyone

I'd keep your Escort mate, there's not many out there with such a good spec as yours!
Can you not buy a cheap track toy, not necessarily another Cossie? Just something thats still RWD for abit of fun?

good call, but i would have to build a bigger garage to do that ?? but not a bad idea. Except knowing me, costs would get out of control

i do use the car hard, but then spend the next week cleaning it !! in places i am not willing to admit !!!
as i have never actualy done a track day, i am thinking of the " 2nd toy " idea, maybe a S2 or XR2 to see how it goes, ( and if i can " Drive " lol )
or some cheep RWD thing... just need the space to put it
but this would take funds from the Esc Cos " box fund "
to do, to do
