2wd cossie standard ride height can I use 215 45 17 as I have just been given 4 whoooooo

Erm hate to piss on your chips but one of my mate had 215/45/17 on his standard 4x4 and they wouldnt clear the spring cups.

I had them on my 4x4 Cossie with no problems

or were they 225/45/17

Even if they were 225/45/17 that wound be bigger than 215/40/17 so would have had even less room. I know ben couldnt get them on so had to swap to 40 profile. Was yours on Konis or coilovers Gracey?

Was on either Spax or Koni adjustables then I went to coilovers - had no problems with either

This size works with SPAX struts as had it myself, could not even get little finger between spring cup and tyre but did not touch, just.
