That happened just outside of New Orleans, in Jefferson, LA.
Motorcycle Fatality in Jefferson Parish
On Saturday, February 18th, 2006 at 2:23 am Louisiana State Police, Troop B investigated a single vehicle fatality crash at LA 48 (Jefferson Hwy) and Upstream Street. The crash involved a 2006 Suzuki, GRS 1000 sport motorcycle, operated by Mr. Ricky Lee Villers (W/M, 21 yoa), of River Ridge. The Suzuki motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed westbound on Jefferson Hwy and failed to negotiate the curve in the roadway. The motorcycle then left the right side of the roadway striking the front of the Taco Bell building at the intersection of Jefferson Hwy and Upstream Street. The motorcycle then penetrated the front of the building and exited the west side of the building. Mr. Villers suffered fatal injuries in the crash and was pronounced dead on the scene.
Speed is a factor in the crash. It is unknown at this time if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash. There was no evidence on the scene which revealed if the driver was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
TFC Steve Volante is continuing his investigation.

im thinking even if he was wearing leathers and a crash helmet that he wouldnt have survived that, the force he must have hit that building will have been a massive.

Judged by who mate? you? I couldnt give a fuck what you think. if you mean judged by some sort of God then again I couldnt give a fuck, theres no such thing.
He deserved everything he got for a) riding like a tit and b) for having no safety gear on, I would of had sympathy for him if it was a normal accident with him fully geared up.

And also just for general entertainment as some people find such things interesting to read.

Bikes it seems this days for a lot of lads seem to be a fashion statement , especially in the US where stunting has become very popular .
But my god they really ought to learn to ride properly and realise bikes cant corner like cars can
And wearing a T-shirt and a pair of shorts and no smack hat is just fucking spasticated beyond anything I can comprehend

The germans do it at the ring, they bring along a properly fucked up bike and a load of pictures of what happened to show people at the carpark by the trunstiles before you go on track.
Im sure when God judges them from trying to save the lives of others he will go leniant on them

he certainly made a mess of that! i agree though, even though the pics aren't pretty, it sends a strong message to bikers that don't seem to have any common sense when they take to the roads....................or buildings
