Help please fellow passion ford users.......
Right just plugged my snap-on scanner into a 4x4 saff and i am not getting any power to the diagnostic plug.......
checked all the fuses and can not see any blow so anyone know if there is a fuse hidden anywere for this or know which pin is supposd to be the live??????

The plug isnt live mate, your Snap on scanner has a seperate power connection that plugs into a jack on the side of the adaptor.
Dont expect it to be of any use though.. the std diagnostics are garbage and if you have modified software in the ecu it likely wont be outputting std diagnostic flash codes anyway.

car is standard....well supposed to be...lol...
i was wondering what that wire was for....i just borrowed the adapter to try it..
