Default stripping paint from plastic

is there any sort of plastic paint stripper as i want to take my side skirts/spoiler /bumpers back to bare plastic ready for a fresh coat of paint

sanding and very careful use of thinners? thats what me and a mate used on his bumpers!

sounds far to much like hard work to me. theres shit loads of layers of paint on them. trouble is getting into all the small gaps

can it not be grit blasted with very fine grit? if so what grade grit
