Default TomTom one gone wrong "sorted"

Hi guys my month old TomTom Go has gone faulty

It give me the remove card red cross on the screen. It was working fine until I connected it to my pc to do an update, now the bloody things doesn't work.

I can't find a contact number for the TomTom customer services anywhere, can anybody help me with that, or do I need to send an e-mail to them?

Anybody help me please ???

Cheers

I know its only the card rather than the unit, so no need to return it.

If I can contact TomTom I'm sure they will just send me a new card,
but as I say I've searched goggle and can't find a number, theres
nothing in any of the literature either.

Anybody??

Cheers

presume youve had a needle in the reset hole? sometimes helps it. Boss at work had similar to you and started swapping cards from ours to get his working, ended up taking 3 units back to pc world to get replaced after he fucked them all up

My one failed. They send you all the packaging to send it back and then they send it back a week later. Its a really good service

I have a 510 and this worked when it "crashed" after connecting to the PC no harm in trying

Well its sorted, rang the customer help line and they talked me through it all,
basically I had accidentaly remove the TomTom application from the software so it couldn't read the card

Re-installed and now working again

Many thanks peeps
