Default gearbox parts

I had a mishap with 4th gear (quaife big tooth) can i get just the gear cog/syncromesh changed or is it a case of whole new internals?
any advise would be great thanks (sorry 4x4 saph cossie by the way)

if you can get the bits then i would think you can just fit the new cog.

its getting it thats the problem.

This is the problem all i can see on the net is complete gear kits which i don't need just didn't put the clucth far enough down cruntched 4th and now it jumps out of 4th every now an then, gutted thinking of getting shot of it now,missus hates the paddle clucth judder, judder drinks fuel like a scott drinks whiskey but it is great on full boost
