Default cams, and gav dimonds gt40

good day to you all, i see that gav dimond has a gt40 for sale , its prtty cheap to ,what is the differance between that and a t4 ,apart from thewastegate ?

and cams, well i am a bit confused my engine has just come back from richard longman and he said that it has a bd12 inlet cam in but when i looked them up in the burton power book it has less lift than a standard cam?? the thing is that it must do something differnt other wise what would be the point of selling it??
cheers gary

GT40 is much bigger than an RS500 T4.

Good for hundreds more bhp than the T4, over 700, depending on exact spec.

Fairly cheap for what it is, usually about a grand new from america, so twice that from ripoff britain.

Do you need a 700bhp turbo tho? If your not putting out well over 600bhp youd be mad to use it, even a GT35 on a Cossie is bad enough.
