I cant figure out where the part marked with 1 in this photo should sit.


If i assemble it like on the picture one gear colides with the reverse gear and is obviously wrong.
And when i put it on the engine side it wont fit at all, so where should it sit?

im dependent on having this box assembled as soon as possible so i can go ahead with my project, so please if anyone know any thing.

called rdt today but the gearbox guy was busy so i couldnt get an answer..

or if anyone know of somebody i can call this weekend who is willing to explain, that would also be nice.

Ive spoken to a guy named james there before, which has helped me out alot before, but he was busy today i was told.

do you know if they are open on saturdays?

sorry i dont know its years since i dealt with them, i had a 6 speed R+D for a month which was changed for a 7 speed FFD after a month, have only heard disaster stories of their gearboxes ever since.....
