Calling all Escort Cosworth owners with aircon!
I have had a funky new idea of how to fit an uprated intercooler to your car, whilst retaining the OE aircon, but need a volunteer to see if it is feesible.
You will need to be willing to take you car and leave it with the guys at Pro-Alloy (Haverhill in Suffolk), and the benefit to you will be a VERY preferential price, as well as the first to have this set-up.
Anyone interested?

My car has LONG since had the aircon removed and also won't be moving from Harvey's workshop for at least another month
.
My entire cooling system is completely bespoke, so my car is not a good starting point (already considered and dismissed by me
).

What's £625?
The Radtec one? Or the new ProAlloy one?

The Radtec one is £625, but it is the 500 cooler, and an alloy rad with slimline fans.
I was considering this but it's a lot of ££ just to fit a decent sized cooler
