Another adapeter plate question! Inlet this time.
Due to my stupidity, an inlet I got for my SX dont fit.
But I reckon I can make it fit with an adapeter plate.
8 ports, all roughly in line on the plenum n manifold part, but none dead on, all out by 1cm at most tho.
On the plenum side the powers are about twice as big as the manifold side though, mostly down to much thinner walls on the plenum side, overall size of the part is similar.
By looks of it itd be best to weld or permanently join the spacer to one side, so it just needs to bolt to one side.
If i had gaskets for both sides, I guess its not hard to get a adaper plate made?
And who could do it?
Cheers

how thick you think mate?
i know, tomorrow when i got access to a camera ill "try" and do some pics to show how far out it is.
TBH the inlet i bought comes with a 1inch+ adapter plate thing itself to make both sides bolt up, so being that high isnt the end of the world.
complete arse tho, esp as i wouldnt have this prob if i wasnt so daft and ordered the wrong bit
