if your head hasnt been modified to take a Zetec gasket, the only one you can use is the Felpro one designed for the tall block 1.9 CVH engine, which is shite. I melted one with just 18psi on my 2.0 ZVH.

If it has been modified, a standard 2.0 OEM zetec gasket will do as its a tri-metal one and is of a similar design to the WRC ones, or so Ian Howell told me

ive used the felpro gasket from burtons and had no probs at all and neither has a friend of mine who has an engine shop and has built loads of these with no come backs, get your mixture and set up right and theres no reason why it will "melt"

We have had our own gaskets made especially for the ZVH conversion for bore sizes up to 86mm. They are a 4 layer steel laminate gasket made with exactly the same construction as the mountune WRC gasket for the YB. The difference is we have designed this gasket to suit a zetec block but with all the water and oil ways for a CVH head so it is a direct fit!!!

It is the ultimate gasket for a ZVH!!!

Price is £150 + vat. Call us if you require one.
