Default jump starting

i need to jump start a bike will a car jumper pack do it or do i need a bike 1 ??

So long as it is the correct voltage it will be ok, might have a problem actualy fitting clips onto batt terms though as they are a lot smaller ?

just make sure you got 12v electrics on your bike and dont leave it on too long. should be ok.

An old trick is to take the battery off the bike if not going to be used for a few months and see if you can put it at the end of your car battery, maybe with tie wraps etc then connect up by making leads for it, then it gets used all the time!!, failing that connect up to another supply ie ciggy lighter to exercise it.

aye fitting the clips on can be hard, i JUST managed to squeeze my starter pack clips on

Mate just bought proper bike jump leads that are way smaller. V handy!

Next time buy a battery trickle charger

my old man used to use a car starter pack on a motorbike all the time never done any damage so i would guess its okay to do
