Yes, but cheap system just lower the rev limit, which does nothing to increase torque. This system brings teh engine onto boost and generates big torque.

ALS will do virtually nothing, but the launch control will work just fine as it doesnt require any additional hardware, its all software.

probably just as well your the other end of the country for my gearbox's
sake! would be nice to finally get the use from the maram shaft im my T4 though...

you should deffo do a package deal with spare gearboxes lol.

ALS wont kill the gearbox, but might help you crash

Stu, you know them vauxhall valves ont heother thread, i do actually have one, and steve thinks its too small to run propper ALS with...

i guess you could use 2 in tandem?

Zetec shouldnt be too hard to L8 up at all, easier than putting an RST on L8 and thats common enough.

zetec already has crank sensor on the flywheel, inlet cam sensor etc so it would be fairly easy to hook up to L8 id imagine

crank sensor is 36-1 though isn't it? not sure if L8 can count fast enough for that

Just watched the video for launch control and wow that sounds amazing coundnt listen to it in work today (well gutted)with a office full of squares so just listened to it at home and im convinced

Roll on the 3dr now The job lot map/closed loop/wasted spark/anti lag /launch control and what other goodies stu can find me !!!

Blackpool only 35mins away added bonus and hopefuly 25mins back lol
