Default Any issues using a ST esc cos head on 2wd saff?

This might be a strange Q but i need to ask.

My car is 2wd and its a 200 block.

Are there issues with sensors/wiring etc? Or anything to worry about?

sensors are different but these can be changed for 2wd items as its been done plenty of time when converting ST to BT.

the ST uses the 2 coilpacks in the middle of the head - not a problem if you have a coilpack conversion (although the subloom will need to be modified - ryan has supplied a subloom for that before)

Water Temp Sensor.

The brass temp sensor for the guage reading is in the head in the middle between the pulleys.

other than that its pretty straight forward, u will probably need some custom leads if u want to use the spark plug cover aswell.

that's right, you don't need to run wasted spark, you could just use leads to the plugs from the dizzy, but it would seem a shame to me

Your existing leads will stick out the top like this:

So you would have to get some made to fit under the cover and to suit a coil.

This kit here:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Cosworth-Waste...QQcmdZViewItem

Or you could get some ST YB coils and run those instead of teh coil in that pack... but i would need to have you a special loom made up.
