whats the best boost pressure to set a water injection kit to come in at?

It's better to have it cut in and out based on charge air temp

Dude only two things you need to make a good kit!
Higher than the Boost pressure, For the water pressure i.e 3-5 bar
And for the trigger to be around 40degreeC..

....and a water reservoir, water injection nozzle, a pump, something to trigger the water injection (MikeR ACT gauge can do this) etc..
