i got the xspower rad and rs500 type intercooler on my 4x4 with me new engine and gearbox
will let you know how good it is cost £230 inc P+P

dont care what people say unless there have had it or tried it !!!
but i only wanted the rad just thought for that price get the lot and took a week to get here very well packaged to

i got a 2wd rad recored from a refurbisher for £90.what a difference.the cooling fans are hardly ever on now.

Auto Specialist are now makinking rads & coolers at keen prices. dont know anyone that has one so cant vouch for them, but they beat everyone on price. check their website, hope this helps

Pitty, I was waiting for the S1 intercooler to come out, should be ready now. i didnt think they would be poor quality from AS

my airtec cooler has a superb weld on it and looks good so maybe i had a better welder

just bought a Proalloy rad for my 3 door. as with the water injection tank bought previously, quality is top notch
