Is there a certain time that speed camera vans can work???
Just wondering tonight(cant think why 
)
Can the police use the mobile camera vans 24 hours a day or do they have to be within a set time ie 8am-8pm????????????????????

TBH never seen one out a night there a speed camera van parks across the road at least once a week can see the fooking out of the bedroom window

The problem with speed cameras is that they are supposed to be used to corroborate plod's opinion that the vehicle in question is speeding. But if the plod can't see a vehicle because it is dark then theoretically he should not use the speed gun. Obviously if a road is well lit then whether there is a speed camera about is dictated by the local care in the community project because most patients have to back inside by 7.30pm.

few times the do it every 2 weeks on saturdays for some reason

that mobile one has got a flash caught a mate of mine in his skyline
quite funny cos its not really that hard to spot the vans!! just slow down and hang out the window and chuck abuse at em!!
