Where can i get ford recommended service guidelines / schedule for the mk5 fiesta Zetec-s (2000) ???

I have a haynes manual but its not very clear on what needs changing and when

Spoke to local Ford dealer and they suggested downloading the service schedule off the internet, but i cant find anything

Anyone know where i can get, or does anyone work for Ford that can get me a copy of the servicing guide for the 2000 fiesta Zetec-s

ps, it works in KM and in months, so youll have to convert miles to kilometers for me coz im dumb

Not a lot needs changeing only oil and filter and pollen up to 20k i think you dont change the plugs to 30 0r 40k

What sevice you after miles i can get a printed off at work

Cheers guys, its now on 38500 ish (last ford service was @ 30K), i have been doing oil and filter ever 5k ( i know its 10K service interval on these but wanted to be safe)

I had a feeling that the 40K service is a bigish one and really need a list for 40K, 50K, 60K ... etc if thats ok ?

oil, filter, airfilter, pollen filter, top up all ya liquids, and loadsa checks... thats all it says to change
