the dipstick on the xe is virtually resting in its tube without it actually pushing in to a snug fit so to speak. on high boost the dipstick is lifting and splashing oil out of it. is there a need to increase crank case breathing on higher boosted engines?
currently the crankcase is vented through the cam cover but i'm thinking of venting them seperately to a swirl pot that has vacuum to it from the input side of the turbo then draining oil collected back to the sump.
any input appreciatted.

run the breather from the crankcase to an oil seperation pot, with the drain into the sump using the original bit of pipe, then vent the resulting fumes from the seperation pot to air or catch tank.
not really nice to route it back into the air intake as im sure you do not really want shiity oil vapours slowing down your combustion.
