you see all these high powered skylines, evo etc big budget big bhp etc and most cossies are done on a budget the Jenspeed Godfrey car shows just how much IMO can be achived without the constraints of a budget have u seen the footage of it the times etc it ran on low boost on the satuday at national day its just brutal

I dont currently have a customer on my books wanting to achieve or willing to pay for such a spec, and if i did, although i am fully confident i could do it for them, i would never suggest it was easy to achieve the 200mph at brunters with rwd no matter how open the budget was...

I do think he qualify as a supertuner here is my reson

1 he has been aroud a long time and has not had to go into selling shiney stuff to supplement his living so must be good at what he does!
2 he works on a wide rang of cars from like RS cossy, Evo, Sky lines etc so has a good understading of cars
3 he works on his own so you get what you pay for
4 he will attend dyno shoot outs and prove his work!

I would like to point out that i have had no work done by mark yet but i am planning to

Who cares what power you have, what transmission you have etc. This site should be about enjoying our passion. Sadly the MAD lot cannot do that and simply see this ford site as a method of proving themselves.

Have you ever seen me slag off rods car or your new car ranj? No you havent because I dont need to slag them off as their your pride and joys. My car is also of great interest to me as I've put in hundreds of hours into its development , and I will happily tell you its power output and top speed etc. (That I have tested for myself, NOT to prove to anyone)

The fact this then results in arguments is totally beyond me, because it really does'nt matter one fuck what car I or anyone else has!

It's absolutely amazing how bizarre some folk are, but as my good lady once said, "there's nowt funnier than folk lad! "

The WRC car IS a road car, it's used on the roads and as far as I know IS road legal at the very least over there, and from what I gathered is driven a fair bit, as it seems are most of the crazy Norwegian creations.

so what ?? its hard to drive on the road how many of these big power cossies are really road cars anymore to be a full road car compromises them how ever u look at it ! ie take out the interior to fit a cage for your own safety I mean if you are tracking the car are you every gonna use the back seats etc anyway where does the line stop when the ultimate road cosworth turns into a track car

RRussell I think the jenspeed car was quicker on low boost than Steve Scotts car was in full swing no regs
