Skybus GTST headgaskets - cometic etc, where from?
my mate stu whos skiyline he let me kill (was already fooked and he knew it!) needs a 1.8mm thick headgasket, but i cant find any
he says he wants a cometic, but i guess another decent one will do
we already rebuilt the engine and he was running it in - done 110 miles, when the temp shot up and cooked the head on the motorway (hard shoulder was coned off so limped to slip road as he couldnt stop - i would have took out some cones lol)
hes having 18 thou skimmed off it (
) and needs a thick h/g now...
any help appreciated

yes, 18 thou
the place he took it to think it will be ok - he took the lifters out and the replaced the cams and they turn freely etc...
i think it was 18 thou as thats about 1/2 a mil, hence going from a 1.2mm thick h/g to the 1.8mm ones you can get
dont ask me, ive had enough of the fookin car so its up to him
unless anyone knows of a head for sale?
