i have a 2wd manifold fitted to the escos with external wastegate conversion.but its very close to the abs unit,less than 10mm.is this going to cause me any problems?i can just about get the heat sheild between them.

you could end up melting the unit mate

can you not warp the manifold in heat wrap aswell to make sure and fit the heatshield

i can use heat wrap no probs. the escos is standard sierra under the bonnet,so other people must have had the same problem. iam looking for a bias pedal box,as that would remove the problem.

id go the heatwrap mate and heatshield shouldnt melt the pump then

i melted my pump on my one and that was with a 4wd manifold so no where near it
