i always have my phone on silent,,, id NEVER turn it off incase someone needed me urgent and important so i have it on silent and when it buzzes it wakes me but not totally so i can see the phone and answer or not

I'd say the first rule was:

when advertising your car for sale, put at the end of the ad "PM me for mobile number if intrested" that way you can narrow it down if you get a prank call, plus the prank callers cant get your number willy nilly and have to make an effort to get it to prank you
