Anyone else having critical error & page can not be displayed messages etc?

froze my laptop for 15secs as well

I get a problem when i log into general discussion board... The top of the page appears but none of the topics are shown.....is the RSOC site down also ...all i get is a blank screen

yep and mine but a lot longer than 15 seconds i can have 54mbps and be the only user on my connection (as shared with neighbour) and it will drop on here to as low as 11mbps
